They have a simple informative value and do not engage the responsibility of the ARGOLD Company. In any case, in case of non-conformity of the delivered product compared to its description on the Site, the Customer will be able to exercise his right of retraction or to implement the legal guarantee of conformity. The ARGOLD Company will proceed, if necessary, to the reimbursement of all or part of the invoiced price, upon receipt of the item at the return address provided by the ARGOLD Company.

Ordering on the Site is subject to the respect of the procedure set up by the ARGOLD Company, concretised by a succession of different steps that the Customer must imperatively follow to validate his order. The Client will have the possibility, before definitively validating his/her order, to check the details of the order and its total price, and to correct any errors, before confirming it to express his/her acceptance. Any order confirmed by the Customer is considered as a sales contract and acceptance of all the stipulations of the present contract.
