Are ARGOLD products suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women?

Our products are not specifically designed for pregnant or breastfeeding women. It is therefore advisable to consult your doctor directly for information on the risks of use, as all the ingredients of our products are indicated on their cases.

Are ARGOLD products suitable for children?

Our products are natural and gentle but are not designed specifically for children. It is recommended not to apply them to children under 36 months (3 years).

Are ARGOLD products tested on animals?

Our products are not tested on animals, in accordance with European regulations.

Are ARGOLD products also suitable for men?

Of course! All our products are designed for both men and women.

Are ARGOLD products 100% natural?

Our products contain natural ingredients, but they are also combined with synthetic ingredients. We ensure that all our ingredients are respectful of your skin and hair.

Do ARGOLD products have an expiration date?

The PAO symbol (represented by an open jar on the product case or bottle) specifies a period in months during which the product can be stored and used safely after opening.

What are the delivery times for orders?

All our products are sent from France. In mainland France, your order will be delivered to you within 7 working days (approximately).

Internationally, the delivery time depends on your location. You will get a parcel tracking number after your order confirmation to know where it is.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you have a special request about your order, we invite you to fill out the contact form (link to the form) as soon as possible after placing it.

Is payment on the ARGOLD website secure?

All your information is strictly confidential and will only be used by ARGOLD internal services. Your bank details are encrypted in SSL mode and are not kept or stored on our site.

What should I do if my payment was declined?
