Return policy

Upon receipt of your order, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal in order to return the items you wish to be reimbursed for.

For the return to be accepted, the products must be in new condition, in their original case, unopened and unused. If the amount of your order allowed you to obtain one or more gifts, the gift(s) obtained must also be returned.

The return management fees will be at your expense. These fees, a flat rate of €10.90, include the shipping costs that you will have to pay online on the ARGOLD website return portal in order to generate your return label.

Returns for damaged, defective or incorrect items will be handled individually by our customer service. To report a defective product, contact our customer service via the contact form .

1 - Declare your return online

    Upon receipt of your order, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal in order to return the items you wish to be reimbursed for.

    To declare your return,
    • Log in to your account
    • Go to the “Return” section
    • Click the “Back” button
    • Select your order
    • Follow the return instructions

    The return management fees of a fixed amount of €10.90 are your responsibility and must be paid online via the ARGOLD website returns portal.

    2 - Send us your package

    Once you have declared your return online, you have a maximum of 14 days to return your items to us.

    Prepare your return: Put the products in a package (you can use the original box). Print and stick your return label on the outside of your package.

    Please ensure that all products are in perfect condition, in their original packaging, unopened and unused and that all gifts received are returned.

    Return the item: Drop off your package at a post office or carrier collection point. Keep the receipt stamped by the post office.


    3 - Processing and refund of your return:

    We will notify you by email when we have processed your return.
    All validated returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
    Please note that refunds may take 7-14 business days to appear in your bank account.
